TERMS OF SERVICE — HEXTSAINT

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at any time (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues). Prices and product availability may change without notice.

SHIPPING

Items are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delivery times are estimates. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, HEXTSAINT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If there is an issue, you must contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number.

FINAL SALE / EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.

Exchanges may be allowed only in limited cases at our discretion. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

CHARGEBACKS / DISPUTES

If you have an issue with your order, email us first at hextsaint@gmail.com. Unnecessary chargebacks or disputes may result in order delays, cancellation, or restriction from future purchases. We keep order records (tracking, delivery confirmation, emails) and may submit them to payment processors during disputes.
